Requirements
- HCA or CNA certification preferred (we offer paid training if you're not certified)
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and pass background checks
- Reliable, caring, and motivated to help others live independently
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and support with daily activities
- Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders
- Work in clients’ homes across Spokane County with flexible shift options
