Requirements
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required
- We will pay for your HCA training if you qualify
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Able to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, energetic, dependable, and genuinely passionate about helping others as a Caregiver
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
- Preparing simple, nutritious meals and snacks
- Giving medication reminders (no medication administration)
- Offering companionship and meaningful conversation
- Working in clients’ homes throughout Spokane County with a variety of shift times
