Requirements

  • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required —we pay for your training
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Honest, dependable, and compassionate with a true passion for helping others

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
  • Support clients in the comfort of their own homes with flexible shifts and meaningful one-on-one care
