Requirements

  • HCA or CNA preferred, but not required — we pay for your training
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
  • Reliable car and dependable transportation to travel between client homes
  • Honest, caring, and dependable with a strong desire to help others

Responsibilities

  • Providing hands-on personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
  • Supporting daily living through meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
  • Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
  • Providing medication reminders and routine assistance
  • Working directly in clients’ homes throughout Spokane County with varying shift schedules
