The exciting opportunity Casual role at our 95 bed Fairfield aged care facility Assist residents with activities of daily living Develop positive relationships and deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a pleasant home environment Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect residents’ care Collaborate with Nurses and other staff to deliver holistic, person-centred care
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Personal Care Worker in residential aged care
- Flexible, reliable and available to work a variety of shifts
- Personable, respectful, and with strong communication and customer service skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Unlimited working rights in Australia is essential (people on student visas or requiring sponsorship will not be considered)
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Develop positive relationships and deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a pleasant home environment
- Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect residents’ care
- Collaborate with Nurses and other staff to deliver holistic, person-centred care
