About the Role In this varied and busy role you deliver engaging, fun and varied activities ensuring residents have their best day, everyday. A key part of your role will be giving personal care and emotional support to residents to ensure they feel valued, safe and maintain strong social connections within the home. As well as providing some aspects of direct care you will love getting to know the personal interests of our residents and finding engaging, fun and innovative activities that keep them motivated and smiling. Requirements

Brings your energy and passion for enriching the lives of older Australians into this fun, dynamic and varied role
Wants to be part of a collaborative team in a dynamic and growing sector where you can make a valuable contribution to the lives of older Australians with your warm and welcoming approach
Is highly organized, can manage multiple tasks at once
Has a passion for building genuine relationships and a desire to see residents enjoying themselves
be vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza. You will need to have one (1) dose of the COVID-19 vaccine
