About The Position

This is an opening in the Inpatient unit at Ohio's Hospice Middletown IPU facility. This is a FT Nights position 7p-7:30a, 36hrs per week with every other weekend/holiday rotation. We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end of life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified State Tested Nursing Assistant with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
• One year of experience preferred.
• Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPNA) preferred, required within two years of employment.
• Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
• Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
• Valid Driver's license with Safe Driving Record.
• State minimum automobile insurance coverage.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPNA).

Responsibilities
