About The Position

As a Personal Care Provider at Bloom at Home Care, you will: Engage with clients and build personal relationships while supporting them. Allow clients to maintain their dignity by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, meals, and maintaining a clean-living environment. Accurately document and track care plans including restorative care under the direction of various therapists.

Requirements

Interest in geriatrics required; previous experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to read, write, speak, and follow oral instructions in English.
Attention to detail in all aspects of care provision.
Capability to work both independently and in a team environment
Compassionate and empathetic nature with a desire to care for others.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
A team player who fosters and promotes a positive and supportive work environment.
All employees must be able to pass a drug screening, including for marijuana, regardless of state legalization.
