About The Position

At Cappella Pueblo West Assisted Living, we believe older adults deserve more than care — they deserve a community where they are known, valued, and able to thrive. We are looking for a compassionate Part-Time Night Shift QMAP who will help create a safe, supportive, and caring environment for our residents each night. This role is about more than tasks. It is about showing up with kindness, paying attention to the little things, and being part of a team that believes meaningful care helps people live with dignity and connection. Set Schedule (not flexible): Thursday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM In this role, you will support residents with personal care needs, assist with medications in accordance with state law, monitor resident well-being, document changes in condition, communicate with team members, and help ensure our community remains safe, warm, and welcoming. We are looking for someone who is dependable, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping older adults live well. Requirements

Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
High school or Equivalent (GED)
One (1) year experience in some level of elder care preferred
Knowledgeable with Electronic Health Management system
Strong self-management and organization skills
Strong multi-tasking abilities with the ability to handle competing deadlines, flexible and adaptable (open to change).
Ability to effectively handle difficult and sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
