Requirements
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required — we pay for your Caregiver training
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, dependable, and compassionate with a genuine passion for helping others as a Caregiver
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
- Work one-on-one with clients in their homes, with flexible shift times and personalized care plans
