Requirements

  • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred, but not required — we pay for your Caregiver training
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Honest, dependable, and compassionate with a genuine passion for helping others as a Caregiver

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
  • Work one-on-one with clients in their homes, with flexible shift times and personalized care plans
