About the Role Elevate the standard of home care by providing a concierge-level experience for a client in the comfort of their Lake St. Louis home. We are looking for an attentive, detail-oriented caregiver who goes beyond basic assistance to ensure our client feels pampered, dignified, and joyful. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in the "finer details" of care—from impeccable grooming to creating a warm, happy home environment. Available Shifts We offer flexible scheduling with the following options: 1st Shift (Morning): Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM (approx.) 2nd Shift (Evening): Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM Weekend Shift: Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM PRN: As needed based on availability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in home health, CNA, or high-end caregiving preferred.
- A keen eye for detail and a "client-first" mindset.
- Consistent attendance is crucial for our concierge-level commitment.
- Ability to provide discreet, respectful, and high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Ensure the client is "finely groomed and manicured" at all times.
- Proactively monitor and maintain skin health to ensure the client remains clean, dry, and rash-free.
- Provide expert assistance with transfers and all activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Accurately take and record vital signs.
- Prepare high-quality meals tailored to the client’s preferences.
- Light housekeeping and chores to maintain a pristine living environment.
- Prioritize the client’s overall happiness and emotional well-being, bringing joy into the home.
