Direct Care Staff -Supported Living Services (Part-Time & Full-Time)
No Experience Needed- We will Train!
Location: Monterey County, CA | Aptos, Santa Cruz, Seaside and Marina

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communicator & problem solver
• Comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings

Nice To Haves

• Behavioral health experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Support clients with independent living skills (cooking, budgeting, hygiene)
• Assist clients with developmental disabilities & behavioral challenges
• Plan and organize schedules to promote goal achievement
• Document client progress via case notes
