About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a PCA, CNA, or caregiver preferred
- Reliable transportation to DeSoto and Arlington service areas
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor

- Previous experience as a PCA, CNA, or caregiver preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers as needed
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff or supervisors
- Perform light housekeeping related to patient care
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when required
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans, safety guidelines, and infection control procedures
