Responsibilities

• Provide essential support and care to individuals with physical, cognitive, or emotional limitations, helping them with daily living activities in their homes.
• Assist clients with daily personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Help with mobility: transfers & positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, making beds, tidying living spaces).
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed.
• Follow care plans and communicate regularly with family members and supervisors.
