About The Position

As a Personal Care Attendant (PCA), you will provide one-to-one patient care with a whole-person focus, nurturing the mind, body, and spirit of your clients. You will follow detailed plans of care while ensuring that great health encompasses more than just vital signs. The position offers flexible shifts, allowing you to choose days, evenings, or overnights that fit your lifestyle, along with reliable schedules and mileage reimbursement. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of paid PCA experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach clients’ homes.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• Clear, confident communication and a passion for relationship-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On ADL Support – Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility—always protecting dignity.
• Home Environment & Infection Control – Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space.
• Medication & Symptom Monitoring – Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document red-flag signs.
• Therapeutic Engagement – Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness.
• Accurate Documentation – Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.
