About The Position
Personal Care Assistant - PCA Private Duty Caregiver Pay Rate: $15-$17 per hour 12-hour day shifts Saturdays & Sundays - PRN Ideal candidates: 2 years of in-home health care experience Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable) Come work for CNS Cares and make a difference! We are looking for full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses - LPN for private in-home care. Pay is $32.00 for LPN’s per hour. At CNS Cares, you will work in the privacy of the patient’s home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business practices, policies and procedures, professional journals, technical guidelines, and governmental regulations.
- Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Must be able to provide guidance and direction accurately and clearly to Company staff and employees.
- Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; possess ability to analyze data from different sources to draw conclusions; utilize effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
