Requirements

• Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice
• Current CPR certification and TB test

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home healthcare services to clients
• Assist with skilled transfers and vital signs
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Support clients with activities of daily living including light duty housekeeping, meal preparation, and patient hygiene
