About The Position

The Personal Care Assistant at Gardenview Assisted Living is responsible for providing quality care to residents in a respectful and compassionate environment. Requirements

• Ability to work safely and report unsafe actions.

Responsibilities

• Follow the services outlined in each resident's service plan in a friendly, respectful, and supportive manner.
• Document any observed change of condition in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Comply with the Continuous Quality Improvement Program and ensure that services delivered are complete and designed for each resident.
• Report identified issues not supporting quality services to the immediate supervisor for correction.
• Understand and follow all company policies as well as local, state, and federal rules and regulations as they apply to services delivered for all residents.
• Work in a safe manner in conjunction with other employees and report any unsafe actions immediately to the supervisor.
• Foster teamwork with co-workers and assist others beyond job responsibilities.
• Communicate between Personal Care Assistants on resident needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
