Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or home health care is an asset.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Must pass background checks required by state regulations.
- Physical ability to perform required duties, including lifting or assisting clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Provide mobility assistance and help with transferring or repositioning clients as needed.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting a positive environment.
