About The Position
Personal Care Assistant (PCA) - Full-Time Hours: 12-Hour Shifts - 3 Days On, 6 Days Off (7pm - 7am) Starting wage of $19.30/hour plus more for experience! Unmatched care environment! As a Caregiver, you – Provide basic patient care under the direction of the nursing staff and perform duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom residents and change linens Move, transfer or transport residents Will primarily work with assisted living residents in our ALF neighborhoods, with flexibility to assist in other areas as needed Build long lasting relationships with residents and help provide them with social and emotional support
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a caregiver in a CBRF or other healthcare setting preferred, but other candidates will be considered as well
- Computer skills strongly preferred
- Certified or willingness to obtain dementia care certification strongly preferred
