About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide in-home support to clients in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in caregiving and hold a current CPR certification.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of caregiving experience
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide mobility support and ensure client safety
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
