Personal Care Assistant - PCA Position Summary This position provides personal care and related services to patient in the home. Essential Functions Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company, have exceptional customer service, and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include: Follows the Plan of Care to provide safe, competent care/services to the patient. Help the patient maintain good personal hygiene and assists in maintaining a healthy, safe environment. Plan and prepare nutritious meals. Assist the patient with ambulation as detailed by Patient Care Plan. Encourage the patient's independence but not exceed their capabilities outlined out in the Patient's Care Plan. Performs routine housekeeping tasks. Other duties as assigned.
