About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- PCA, CNA, or related caregiving experience a plus (but will train the right candidate)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
- Ability to pass background checks
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in a client's condition
- Follow the care plan and maintain safety in the home
