About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a reliable and compassionate PCA to provide one-on-one support for a middle school student. The role focuses on student safety, seizure monitoring, and assistance with daily school activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR & First Aid certification (required)
- Calm under pressure; strong observation and communication skills
- Physically able to stand, walk, and assist as needed
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving, healthcare, or school experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Continuous 1:1 safety supervision throughout the school day
- Monitor and respond to seizure activity per established action plan
- Assist with classroom participation, transitions, mobility, and ADLs
- Maintain daily documentation and observations
