About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team on a full-time basis, working the 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM shift. Requirements

• Prior experience in personal care, healthcare, or a related field preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility as required
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• certification in caregiving or CPR is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to healthcare professionals
• Follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols
• Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity
