About The Position

Magnolias of Lancaster, an IntegraCare senior living community, is seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our care team. PCAs play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our residents while promoting dignity, independence, and comfort. We’re currently hiring for weekend 1st shift (7a–3p) positions. If you’re caring, dependable, and enjoy helping others, we’d love to meet you!

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
• CPR certification preferred
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation required
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support residents with meals and hydration
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
• Document care provided and report any changes in condition to supervisors
• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment
