Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Spanish speaking preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, or other special needs
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document any changes or reactions
• Monitor and manage behaviors using appropriate behavior management techniques
• Support individuals in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
• Plan and engage in recreational activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to ensure the well-being of individuals under your care
