Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in home care or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and patient-centered attitude.
• Must be able to pass background checks and provide documentation for vaccinations and health tests.
• Reliable transportation is essential for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety of client using lift assistance.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist in meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning tasks.
