About The Position

Eminence Home Care is urgently hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our dedicated team of caregivers! As a PCA, you will provide essential support and compassionate care to individuals in their own homes. Your role will be pivotal in helping our clients maintain their independence and improve their overall quality of life.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in caregiving or home care settings preferred.
• Must have a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks, including health screenings and immunization verification.
• Flexible availability for various shifts, including part-time, full-time, and per diem work.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support with mobility and transferring clients safely.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client’s experience.
• Assist with meal preparation, ensuring clients have nutritious meals.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
