Responsibilities

• Answers Residents' call signal to determine Residents' needs.
• Assists residents with dressing as needed and assigned.
• Assists residents with ambulation as needed and assigned.
• Provides miscellaneous assistance to residents.
• Makes residents' beds, empties trash, and picks up clutter.
• Ensures resident hygiene by following bath schedule and providing baths and/or sponge baths as necessary.
• Assists residents with toileting as needed and assigned.
• Assists residents with transferring as needed and assigned.
• Observes residents for changes in condition and reports unusual occurrences to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
