About The Position

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) will provide compassionate support of daily living needs to our residents. This position is full-time with 3rd shift available from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, including holiday and weekend rotation. The ideal candidate should have a loving need to help the elderly, be a team player, possess a positive attitude, and be self-motivated with excellent attendance and work history.

Requirements

• First aid and CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent attendance and work history.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Feeding Assistance Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support of daily living needs to residents.
• Assist with feeding and other personal care tasks.
• Communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and government agencies.
