Requirements

• STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
• Focus on resident care, team player.
• An active 40-hour medication aide in Nebraska (for medication aides)

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs such as dressing, bathing, or helping with adaptive equipment (hearing aids/glasses).
• Support resident care by monitoring for out of range vital signs
• Support resident care through the distribution of medication (Certified Medication Aide’s)
