Free CMA Training (Hillcrest Silver Ridge, Gretna)
About The Position
Hillcrest Health & Living is offering free training for individuals interested in earning their 40-hour Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification. This training is provided through their partner, Quality Career Pathways, in Omaha. To qualify for the free training, applicants must be employed with Hillcrest for 90 days and maintain good standing (no performance or attendance issues). Upon successful completion of the CMA course and state testing, individuals will transition into a role at the facility working as both a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and a Medication Aide. The company offers full-time and part-time positions with various shifts available, including days (6am-2pm), evenings (2-10pm), and overnights (10pm-6am). Starting pay is $16.00+ per hour, based on experience.
