Now Hiring: Personal Care Aides (PCA), Direct Care Workers (DCW), and Caregivers Urgent Openings: Montrose - Part-time, Weekdays Traditional Home Care , a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, has immediate openings for reliable personal care staff to provide one-on-one, non-medical care for our clients.
Requirements
- This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act , which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services.
- As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours.
- Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Companionship
- Light housekeeping and chores
- Respecting the patient's privacy and maintaining confidentiality
- Assist in providing a safe environment for client
