Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide or similar role is an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients
- Reliable transportation to and from job locations in Ypsilanti, MI
- Ability to pass background checks
- Flexibility to work various shifts if needed
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Support mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
