Requirements
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
- Ability to pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Support clients with medication reminders and monitoring health conditions.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment according to established procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
- Document care provided and report any changes in clients’ condition promptly.
