Requirements

Previous experience in a personal care or caregiving role is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Ability to pass background checks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety
Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as required
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisors or healthcare professionals
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Follow care plans and adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
