Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or home health aide role is an asset
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations
- Compassionate and patient attitude toward clients’ needs
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with mobility and transferring clients safely
- Support clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote positive mental health
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to office
