About The Position
Summary Personal Care Aides (PCAs) provide compassionate, hands-on care to ensure residents' health and well-being.
Requirements
- Six months to one-year related experience or training. Specific experience with older adults or in the retirement housing industry preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (e.g., grooming, dressing, bathing)
- Monitor and maintain residents' personal hygiene and supplies
- Perform regular rounds and respond to residents' needs
- Support residents during meals and encourage participation in activities
- Maintain cleanliness of residents' living spaces and do laundry
- Assist with mobility, including transfers and transportation
- Provide basic health-related assistance (e.g., bowel/bladder management, prosthetic devices)
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
- Perform other duties as assigned
