Personal Care Aide (PCA) job duties may include: The Personal Care Aide is responsible for the tasks of personal care and incidental activities of daily living for clients of all ages in client homes. Provides aide for client's hygiene, grooming and comfort needs, i.e., toileting, bathing, companionship Provide aide with shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping and socialization activities

Requirements

Six months' experience in a comparable care aide job classification, current CNA license or completed first semester of nursing school
Must be 18 years of age
2 professional references required
Background check
Driver's License and current car insurance

Nice To Haves

CPR preferred, but not required
