Caremed Inc. is hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our team of Personal Care Aides (PCA/NA/CNA) serving Buckingham County and the surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in supporting clients with personal care, daily activities, mobility, medication reminders, and meal preparation — helping them live safely and comfortably at home. Caremed Inc. proudly serves clients across Richmond and the Tri-Cities, as well as Amelia, Appomattox, Buckingham, Charlotte, Chesterfield, Henrico, and surrounding communities. Requirements

• Current Virginia Personal Care Aide, Nursing Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
• Strong communication and a compassionate, client-centered approach
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically able to provide mobility and hands-on care
• Reliable transportation for travel to client homes

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Support mobility, including safe transfers and proper positioning
• Provide timely medication reminders
• Plan and prepare healthy meals
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Observe and report any changes in client condition to the RN Supervisor
