No experience required: We provide comprehensive training for those new to care giving.
A genuine desire to help others and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), or caregiver is a plus but not mandatory.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to showing up on time, completing shifts, and providing consistent care to clients.
Ability to work collaboratively with other caregivers, clients, and families to ensure seamless care and communication.
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while upholding company values in every client interaction.
Clearly and effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members, providing updates as needed.
Willingness to adapt to client needs and pick up extra shifts as required, including weekends and holidays.
Provide respectful, patient -centered care that promotes dignity and independence for seniors.
Open to training and development to meet caregiving standards and client -specific requirements.
Reliable transportation to and from client locations (valid driver’s license preferred but not required).
Ability to pass a background check and other pre -employment screenings.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
Adapt to individual care plans to ensure the highest standard of care.
