Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift moderate weight.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Support clients with mobility and transferring activities safely.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisory staff.
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
