About The Position
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide excellent care. This role involves supporting clients in the comfort of their homes, making a meaningful difference in their lives. As a CNA/PCA, you will deliver essential personal care, assistance, and companionship tailored to individualized care plans, enabling clients to maintain safety, comfort, and independence in their own homes.
Requirements
- A genuine desire to help others
- High school diploma or GED
- Active listing in good standing on the State Caregiver Registry
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation
Nice To Haves
- Six months of care giving experience preferred (home care or facility)
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, ensuring safety and independence
- Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
- Support mobility and transfers; assist with range-of-motion exercises
- Prepare meals according to client needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Complete light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and general tidying
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Provide respite care to help support family caregivers
