About The Position
As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) at Bethany Village, you will assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene. You will also help residents prepare for and transport them to medical appointments, activities, and social programs. Your responsibilities will include checking residents' vital signs, measuring weight and height, and recording data as instructed while reporting any variances to the Charge Nurse. Additionally, you will answer resident call lights promptly to attend to their needs and frequently check on those who are unable to call for help. You will assist residents in walking with or without self-help devices as instructed.
