About The Position

Personal Care Aide (PCA) Join Attend Home Care as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) and be part of a team committed to bringing comfort, dignity, and compassionate care to clients across Ohio. In this important role, you’ll help clients with daily living activities and provide the support they need to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. THIS POSITION IS SPECIFICALLY FOR LIVE IN CAREGIVERS!

Requirements

• Tuberculosis (TB) screening/QuantiFERON/Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
• Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents: government issued ID)
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, and medication reminders.
• Mobility Support: Assist with walking, transfers, repositioning, and toileting needs.
• Meals & Housekeeping: Prepare meals, do light cleaning, laundry, and change linens.
• Transportation: Take clients to appointments or run errands when needed.
• Safety & Records: Keep the home safe, report changes, and document care provided.
• Companionship: Offer support, conversation, and respect for client privacy.
