We have clients needing care in the following areas Mt. Vernon, White Plains, Yonkers, Eastchester, New Rochelle, Scarsdale, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Lower Westchester, and Bronx Counties. We are looking for an PCA or Caregiver who can work PT/FT hours, weekdays and/or weekends. Requirements

Successful completion of a thorough background screening
Successful completion of a drug screening
Successful completion of 2 professional references
A medical physical was completed within the past 10 months with clearance for habituation.
Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test within the last year
Home Health Care Certification(s).

Responsibilities

Provide clients with ADLs as directed, but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
Assist with mobility devices
Assist with medication reminders
Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration
Work with the Synergy team to make sure your clients are properly cared for
