What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support and companionship to individuals in their homes, helping them live safely and comfortably.

Requirements

Active CNA certification (preferred or required based on role)
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in home care, personal care, or assisted living preferred
Strong understanding of basic caregiving practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Experience in home care, personal care, or assisted living preferred
Active CNA certification (preferred or required based on role)

Responsibilities

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
Help with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs
Provide companionship and engagement , encouraging social interaction and mental stimulation
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members
Follow all safety, infection control, and care protocols
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
