About The Position
Founded and owned by the Lewis Family, Guardian Angel Senior Services has 13 offices located in Massachusetts & New Hampshire... and we are not done growing! We are a thriving, full-service home care agency.
Requirements
- Experience in-home care preferred, but not required. Training and certifications can be provided.
- Must be dedicated, reliable and sensitive to the needs of the client.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background screening.
- Driver's License and personally owned vehicle preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds, stand for periods of time, bend, push, and provide physical intervention as necessary.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
- Must be 18 years of age (or older.)
Responsibilities
- Assist with all activities of daily living (ADLs.)
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care requirements.
- Medication reminders.
- Companionship.
- Full transfers.
- Light housekeeping.
- Laundry.
- Meal preparation.
- Transport to and from shopping (groceries or clothing) and appointments.
