About The Position

The Personal Business Manager at SEI Private Wealth Management is responsible for delivering exceptional client service and managing relationships with high net worth individuals and families. This role involves implementing a goals-based strategic plan for clients, executing the wealth management process, and contributing to the growth of the PWM business. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve client satisfaction and business goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years advisory experience working with client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with a Finance/Accounting focus.
  • Industry certifications, CFP, CFA or graduate degree.
  • Series 65 or 66 licensing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a goals-based strategic plan for each client.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Execute PWM's client driven wealth management process.
  • Grow portfolio of client relationships.
  • Deliver on business goals of client satisfaction, referrals and increasing revenue.
  • Work with advice and service team members to deliver cohesive goals-based advice to clients.
